On a summer day , Servas members from all over the country, got together for an afternoon tour, in Apolonia. The place is an Archeological site, and as that, a part of the Israeli Nature and Parks Authority system. We set off in two small groups according to the walking ability of the participants. The park is accessible for disabled so some of our members in wheelchair could join.

We had a lovely walk along the hillside above the Mediterranean coast, visited the ruines and enjoyed the perfect explanations by the guides.

Both the children and the adults enjoyed the view, the sunset, the explanations and the meeting with friends during the tour and at the picnic at the end of the day.
