Servas Poland hosted 17 Israelis near Krakow – Sukkot October 2016
we received during our stay in their place in Poland from 16.10.16 to 21.10.16
During our stay we traveled and walked with a wonderful guide, Barbara, in Krakow's Jewish Quarter, synagogues, museums, Schindler's factory and Wielichka salt mine. The tours also included a meeting with JCC members, a visit to the center of Krakow, touring the Wawell and the central square and later we walked through the Getto and Plashow concentration camp.
The hosts took us to visit their close area that included the Ojcow international park, a cave and a medieval castle.
The wonderful evenings that included meals, music and artistic activities created sense of magic and fun atmosphere
A lot of thanks to our hosts, to other members of Servas Poland that met us there and to Claudia who arranged and organized this wonderful event
