Nicholas is travelling around the world with his two boys, Everett (age 11), and Quinlan (age 8). They came to Israel for three weeks this November. They were looking forward to seeing the Haifa region, and Nicholas thought it would be nice for the boys to experience meeting a local family through Servas, and this is what they wrote after:

Tamar,  the boys and I thoroughly enjoyed out three  weeks in Israel, and visiting your home was one of the highlights. Thank you for the great conversation, and we enjoyed hearing your insights and wisdom about the current political situation in Israel. We travelled to Jerusalem, the West Bank, the Dead Sea, the Golan Heights and Haifa, and always felt welcomed by the people we met. Hope you can make it to Oregon one day!
